School Security Liaison builds bonds with community
I want to send a huge "Thank You" to Taryn Mitchell from District Security. Taryn goes above and beyond to get to know students and help ensure their safety at school. Taryn doesn't just visit our school to check our security measures, she takes time to ensure the safety and well-being of the students. It is not uncommon to see her out at recess times talking with kids on the swings and getting to know them. Taryn is always willing to help out and step in in any situation. She has a calm and positive presence and is there for the staff and students.
