Welcome Back, Tarver Tigers!

Before Back to School Night:

• IMPORTANT -- Complete the Annual Online Check-In by August 14th. You will not be able to view your child's teacher until you complete the Online Check-In process.
• Your student's teacher will be posted in the Parent Portal by Friday, August 5th at 4:00pm. (Note: While we will make every effort not to make changes, this information is subject to change if movement is needed to balance classroom numbers.)
  • Login to the Parent Portal
  • Select "More" from the menu list
  • Select "Adams 12 Tools" from the Quick Links menu
  • Select "Student Schedule"

Back to School Night:

• Date: Monday, August 15th
• Time: 3:30-5:30 pm
• What: Open House Style (Drop in anytime between 3:30-5:30 pm to meet your student's teacher. No formal presentations will be given.)
• Class lists will not be posted at the school on Back to School Night. Please view your student's teacher in the Parent Portal prior to attending Back to School Night.
• If you have not completed the Online Check-In process, you will need to come to the office to complete forms before finding out your child's teacher and going down to the classroom.
• Students are encouraged to bring in school supplies.

First Day of School:

• Tuesday, August 16th - 1:45 pm dismissal
• Students will line up with their teacher on the blacktop portion of the playground at 7:55
• Families will line the red carpet. The parade will begin at 8:05.
• Students will walk the red carpet into the school as families welcome students back to school by cheering and taking pictures.
